1. Placing an Order
JackHerer.eu is engaged in the sale of cannabis seeds classified and marketed as hemp seeds, originating from varieties with THC levels below the legal thresholds applicable under European Union law.
The trade, possession, and commercial supply of cannabis seeds are exempt from control under the 1961 United Nations Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs and related international treaties. In several European countries, including the Czech Republic and others within the EU, the commercial trade of cannabis seeds is expressly permitted or not subject to narcotics legislation. These Terms of Service are drafted in accordance with that legal framework.
2. Legal Notice & Customer Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no product liability is accepted.
4. Conditions of Use
All customers of JackHerer.eu agree to the following conditions:
Cannabis seeds purchased from JackHerer.eu may not be redistributed to countries where possession or trade of such seeds is prohibited
Seeds may not be used for large-scale, professional, or commercial cultivation where such activity is unlawful
JackHerer.eu does not authorize third parties to distribute its products in jurisdictions where cannabis or hemp seed trade is illegal
Customers are advised to purchase JackHerer.eu products only through this official website or authorised partners, as counterfeit or misrepresented seeds may exist in the market.
Minimum age requirement:
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order on JackHerer.eu.
5. Authenticity & Product Information
JackHerer.eu offers carefully selected seed genetics. While we take reasonable steps to ensure product quality and authenticity, we cannot guarantee protection against third-party imitation or misuse of brand names outside our control.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may be updated or modified without prior notice. Prices are subject to change at any time.
JackHerer.eu accepts no product liability beyond what is strictly required under applicable consumer law.
6. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic, subject to availability and legal compliance with destination country regulations.
